VALVES

Ball Valves

Ball Valves

A ball valve has applications across a variety of industries including highly corrosive material processing. These quarter-turn valves have a round closure element with matching rounded seats to enable uniform sealing stress and tight shut off, and can transfer gases, liquids and slurries. Not only are they easy to operate, but ball valves can efficiently regulate and maintain high pressure, volume and flow of temperature.

Ball valves supplied are side entry, top entry, 1pc, 2pc or 3pc, multi ports, Fully Fire safe, anti-static in either soft seated or metal seated for high temperature or abrasive service.

Ball valves supplied are either in Cast or Forged form.

Material can be selected from cast iron, carbon steels including low temperature options, stainless steels, Duplex steels and special alloys dependent upon process requirement. Valcrom supplies Ball valves in a wide variety of materials as per the client's requirements.

Sizes range from 1/4" to 30” supplied Ball valves supplied in different pressure classes ranging from 150# to 2500# and API 3000 to API 15000 in case of Trunnion mounted Ball valves

End Connections can be Screwed, Weld Ends, Hub Ends or Flanged.

Globe Valves

Globe Valves

A globe valve is used in applications for frequent operation and throttling control, regulation and isolation of steam, hot and cold water, air, oil, gas and other liquids. They are used in hospital equipment, canteen appliances, heating systems and industrial processes.

Globe valve supplied are T type or Y type with fixed, rotating or even throttling, needle, ball or parabolic disc configurations. All valves can be fitted with actuators, locking devices, position indicators or even limit switches.

Globe valve supplied are either in Cast or Forged form.

Material can be selected from carbon steels including low temperature options, stainless steels, Duplex steels and special alloys dependent upon process requirement. Valcrom supplies Globe valves in a wide variety of materials as per the client's requirement.

Size range from 1/4" to 48” Globe valves supplied in different pressure classes ranging from 150# to 2500# and API 3000 to API 15000

End Connections can be Threaded, Weld Ends, Hub Ends or Flanged with bonnet connection and pressure sealed, bolted or welded type.

Butterfly Valves

Butterfly Valves

Butterfly valves are quarter-turn valves which are used for isolating or regulating flow and operate similarly to ball valves as they have a quick shut off. They are favoured for being lighter in weight, requiring less support and are suitable for slurries, liquids and gas, which makes them useful across industrial, mining and agricultural applications.

Butterfly valves come in various styles, including eccentric and high-performance (zero-leakage). Many different types exist for different pressures and usage. Valcrom supply High Performance or PTFE lined or Resilient seated Butterfly valves.

Butterfly valves supplied are either in Cast or Forged form.

Material can be selected from ductile iron, carbon steels including low temperature options, stainless steels, Duplex steels and special alloys dependent upon the process requirement. Valcrom supplies Butterfly valve in a wide variety of materials as per the client's requirement.

Sizes range from 2" to 48" Butterfly valves supplied in different pressure classes.

End Connections can be Wafer, Lugged or Flanged patterns.

Gate Valves

Gate Valves

A gate valve is a common valve used to allow or stop the straight flow of fluid. These are designed for full area flow to minimise a drop in pressure but should not be used to regulate flow and are best used in systems requiring infrequent use. They are designed to effectively cut through liquid being either fully open or closed with no obstruction to flow and low friction loss. Primarily suited to liquid flow, a gate valve is popular in the petroleum industry.

Gate valves supplied are standard wedge gate valves as well as through conduit gate valves. wedge gate valves can be supplied with a flexible wedge and all valves can be fitted with actuators, locking devices, position indicators or limit switches. Through Conduit Gate valves are offered as metal or soft seated, Fire safe design with all the accessories available for wedge gate valves.

Gate valves supplied are either in Cast or Forged form.

Material can be selected from aluminium bronze, cast iron, carbon steels including low temperature options, stainless steels, duplex steels and special alloys depending upon process requirement. Valcrom supplies Gate valves in a wide variety of materials as per the client's requirement.

Size ranges from 1/4" to 48” Gate valves supplied in different pressure classes ranging from 150# to 2500# and API 3000 to API 15000

End Connections can be Screwed, Weld Ends, Hub Ends or Flanged with bonnet connection and pressure sealed, bolted or welded

Check Valves

Check Valves

A check valve is a non-return or one way directional valve used in both horizontal and vertical pipelines to convey gases and liquid, allowing them to only flow in a single direction and preventing reverse flow. These are used in mechanical services, domestic water systems, fire protection, hospital equipment and general industry services.

Check valves supplied are piston, swing, ball, nozzle, tilting disc, wafer, wafer lugged, wafer flanged with either soft or metal seats

Gate valves supplied are either in Cast or Forged form.

Material can be selected from carbon steels including low temperature options, stainless steels, Duplex steels and special alloys dependent upon the process requirement. Valcrom supply Check valve in a wide variety of materials as per the client's requirement.

Sizes range from 1/4" to 20” Check valves supplied in different pressure classes from 150# to 2500#

End Connections can be Threaded, Flanged, Wafer or Hub

Knife Gate Valves

Knife Gate Valves

Knife Gate Valves have widely been used anddesigned for on-off and isolation services handling liquids which are corrosive, abrasive and viscous as well as abrasive slurries, pulp stock and dry materials. General applications are for slurry and mining applications used in conjunction with a urethane or Ni-hard deflection cone. They are available in manual or cylinder operated versions complete with accessories such as limit switches and solenoids.

Knife Gate Valve are designed as Unidirectional or Bidirectional designed.
